A graduate of West Point, Erik has nearly 20 years of leadership experience serving as an Army officer, high school teacher, university and local church pastor, and now walking with people as a leadership coach and advisor.
Having lived, taught, and worked on five different continents, Erik crafted his own posture of curiosity and care, courage and generosity, and gentle wisdom. With that posture, he enables individuals and teams to discern actionable rhythms and practices that shape flourishing cultures and unlock excellence.

A graduate of West Point and senior energy executive with nearly 25 years of leadership experience, Erica leads large teams, drives strategy, and is the person other leaders call when they need a straight-talking thought partner with real-world experience in the seat.
Erica has done advising informally for years—listening to context and giving direct, practical input on delegation, team dynamics, buy-in, executive presence, and organizational complexity. Now she does it intentionally, through Orange Table.
